Elizabeth Kelly ’14 PAA is an Associate Attorney at Tueth, Keeney, Cooper, Mohan & Jackstadt in Edwardsville. She presented at the firm’s School Law Seminar and published an article for the firm on new Illinois laws affecting school districts.
