Bio: Tami S. Silverman is a member of the 2009 cohort. Since 2016, she has served as the President and CEO of the Indiana Youth Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana. She previously served for 13 years as the CEO of Sojourn Shelter &Services in Springfield, Illinois. Ms. Silverman’s dissertation centers on the social and emotional needs of students. In addition, prior research interests include performance budgeting in nonprofit organizations and nonprofit succession planning.
